The grapes are sourced primarily from the estate vineyards in the Dunnigan Hills, with additional fruit coming from notable vineyards in Mendocino County. The wine is made from Chardonnay and Viognier.
The wine undergoes barrel fermentation and aging for eight months in a combination of new and used American, Eastern European, and French oak barrels. This process imparts rich, creamy textures and complex flavors to the wine with 14% alcohol by volume (ABV).
